Service Initiation


All new GCS clients are "on-boarded" through a Service Initiation process. Network documentation is created covering more than 100 types of technology systems. All network documentation is integrated to our Professional Services Automation platform, Connectwise. This places critical information at our technicians' fingertips during the support process. All client employees are entered into Connectwise, remote monitoring and support tools are deployed, and, if chosen, maintenance is performed on all systems.

Technology purchasing happens on a daily basis within most organizations. Cell phones, software licenses, wireless devices, and warranty renewals demand frequent attention.
