GCS provides technical support services to small and mid-sized businesses. Support plans include onsite and remote support, preventative maintenance, monitoring, and after-hours service coverage. In 2011 GCS completed nearly 17,000 service tickets and received 70,000 calls to our Network Operations Center. Ninety percent of these calls received a response within 30 minutes.
